Moira Weinberg is Senior Vice President, Investigations & Deputy General Counsel at MLB, and yesterday she gave a fantastic lecture to our Sports Management students. During the engaging session, she shared invaluable insights into her career journey, offered advice for aspiring professionals in her field, and graciously opened the floor for a Q&A session.
After their time with Ms. Weinberg, students prepped for presentations of their own in a high-spirited “Shark Tank” simulation. In groups they came up with a product meant to solve a problem within the sports industry. They presented their products to the “Sharks” in hopes of clinching funding for their innovations.
