It was a big day for our Forensics students! They began with a lecture with guest speaker Phinon Beckham, a Medicolegal Investigator at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner of NYC. Then they split into groups and conducted mock crime scene investigations, where they had to collect evidence and analyze the scene. They also bravely wielded their scalpels to complete fetal pig autopsies, learning about internal organs and general autopsy procedure.
